Cherokee Growth LLC is proposing to add an additional entrance on Sixes Road to the Village at Sixes TND project to serve the 2-story medical office building that they plan to build.
In the TND zoning district, a Neighborhood Plan is approved along with the rezoning of the property. Significant changes to that Plan require BOC approval. This area of the development was previously revised along with the climiate-controlled storage use in 2016. |
